FAQ About Our Moringa Leaf Powder

Q: Where is your Moringa Oleifera grown and packaged?

A: Our Moringa is grown and packaged in the southern Indian State of Tamil Nadu. Moringa is indigenous to India. Although it is now grown in other parts of the world such as Africa and Central America, Moringa's natural habitat is India, particulary the foothills of the Himalayas and coastal regions of Tamil Nadu.

Q: Is your moringa powder organic?

A: Yes, our moringa powder is 100% natural and organic and is certified by OneCert in India. It is lovingly cultivated in the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu by a co-operative of 200 small hold farmers. We are currently in the process of getting the UK organic certification.

Q: Are your moringa leaves heat dried?

A: Absolutely not! After they are handpicked and washed, our Moringa leaves are left to dry naturally indoors on mesh screens at room temperature. The Moringa leaves are placed in thin layers on trays in a drying room ensuring adequate air flow both above and below.

Q: Are your products gluten and monosodium glutamate (MSG) free?

A: Yes, our Moringa Oleifera powder is completely 100% natural.

Q: Is dried Moringa leaf powder more nutrient dense than fresh leaves?

A: Yes. And massively so! Fantastic things happen nutritionally when you dry moringa leaves naturally and carefully in the shade. The nutritional value in the dried leaves becomes significantly higher, in some cases over 10-fold with certain nutrients, when compared to fresh leaves.

This fact has been proven out in the studies of dried moringa leaf powder by many universities and independent research laboratories worldwide. The gram for gram comparison of dried moringa leaves against fruits and vegetables is even more startling.

Q: How is Moringa powder better than other Vitamin supplements available on the market?

A: Most of the Multivitamin supplements available on todays market are made using horrible synthetic ingredients. The human body absorbs very minimal amounts of these nutrients supplied through synthetic supplements.

However, Moringa leaf powder is bursting with natural and bioavailable sources of vitamins, minerals and amino acids which helps your body absorb all the goodness.

Q: Will I experience any side effects?

A: Extensive clinical research has found that Moringa leaf powder has no toxic elements and no side effects.

However, each person is unique and reacts differently. If you happen to suffer any side effects, it could simply be the result of toxins being eliminated from your body. These side effects should gradually disappear.

But there may be instances where you should not take Moringa powder.

Moringa Oleifera is relatively high in potassium and calcium. If you are under medical care for certain conditions and your doctor recommends that you avoid certain minerals such as potassium and calcium and any food that is high in these minerals, then Moringa powder is not right for you.

Moringa is also high in iron, which could be problematic for some.

Check with your doctor to see if Moringa is right for you.

Q: How much Moringa powder should I take each day?

A: We recommend one heaped spoonful a day in a smoothie or juice. About 8g is what our experts in India recommend. Although that may be too much for some people. Experiment with a teaspoon full and build up.
